Democracy Watch Philippines, in partnership with the Political Science Department and the Student Government of the De La Salle University, held a forum on electoral education, “A Vote for the Country”, at the Henry Sy, Sr. Hall last March 1, 2019.
The opening remarks were delivered by Bro. Bernard Oca FSC, Chancellor of the De La Salle University. Among the speakers were Dr. Francisco Magno (Trustee, Stratbase ADR Institute), Mr. Leo Lim (Information Officer, COMELEC), and Dr. Arwin Serrano (PPCRV).
