Democracy Watch, in partnership with University of Santo Tomas Central Student Council, hosted Mulat Phase 1: Voters Education Forum last February 28 at the University of Sto. Tomas.
It featured three speakers: Mr. Ronald Castillo from the Department of Political Science, Ms. Anna Marie Quilala of Comelec, and Dr. Arwin Serrano of PPCRV.
They respectively discussed Philippine democracy, the voting process, and the importance of the youth and volunteerism.
