COMELEC, along with various partners and media groups, signed an
agreement to host the 2016 presidential and vice presidential debates.
Democracy Watch Lead Convenor Dindo Manhit attended the said event,
representing DemWatch and also came as witness for the Parish Pastoral
Council for Responsible for Voting (PPCRV) in place of Ambassador
Henrietta de Villa.
