The third Elect Protect forum was held on November 26 at the Assembly Hall of the UP National College of Public Administration and Governance.
Among the speakers were DemWatch Lead Convenor Dindo Manhit, COMELEC Legal Counsel Atty. Nesrin Cali, and AC Wilson from the PPCRV.
