Democracy Watch held its second voter education forum at the De La Salle University on November 13, Friday.
The forum was graced by the presence of DemWatch Lead Convenor Dindo Manhit, COMELEC Chairman Andres Bautista, Managing Partner of the Jimeno Law Office Atty. Karen Jimeno, AC Wilson from the PPCRV and Sen. Koko Pimentel.
