Democracy Watch, in partnership with the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) and the Commission on Elections (COMELEC), held its first “Elect Protect” forum at the Martyrs’ Hall of the University of Santo Tomas.
PPCRV was represented by Brothers Clifford Sorita and Moy Guillermo, and Spokesperson Dr. Arwin Serrano. Atty. Nesrin Cali spoke on behalf of the COMELEC.
